What is Thruline?
Thruline is the core thread that connects everything we do—our training, our mindset, and our mission. In storytelling, a “through line” is the central theme that drives the narrative forward. At Thruline Fight Club, that narrative is to help you discover the fighter within, your Thruline.
We believe every individual has an inner drive—an unspoken force that pushes them to evolve, overcome, and rise above their current self. That force is your Thruline. It is the connection between where you are and where you are destined to go, brought to life through the discipline of boxing and martial arts.
At Thruline Fight Club, combat sports are not just physical activities—they are vehicles for transformation. Each class, each round, and each moment on the mat is intentionally designed to challenge your limits while unlocking your potential. Our approach blends technical training with mental conditioning, creating an environment where athletes, beginners, youth, and everyday individuals can grow in confidence, resilience, and self-belief.
Thruline is not a style—it’s a philosophy:
· Every round is a lesson
· Every punch has purpose
· Every challenge is an opportunity
· Every individual is on a personal journey
· Fighting is not just a sport — it’s a vehicle for becoming
Whether you’re here to compete, get in shape, develop confidence, or build a stronger mindset, Thruline is your pathway. It is the continuous thread of progress that connects all stages of your development, reminding you that greatness is not a moment—it’s a process. We don’t just train to fight; we train to find the thread that connects our strength, our struggles, and our purpose. Because when you find your Thruline, you find your direction — and that’s where real growth begins.
Thruline Fight Club exists to guide that process for all our members—children and adults—to refine that thread, and help you discover the fighter within. Find your Thruline.

Tigran Martirosyan—Founder of Thruline Fight Club
Introduced to martial arts at just four years old, Tigran Martirosyan earned his black belt in full-contact karate and sanda wushu by 18, training under renowned coach Ken Arutyunyan. With over 25 years of experience across multiple combat disciplines—karate, wushu, muay thai, boxing, wrestling, and MMA—Martirosyan became one of California’s top amateur prospects, earning multiple titles and medals along the way.
After a career-ending leg injury halted his rise as being one of the top prospects in MMA, Martirosyan redirected his focus to boxing, where he earned three WBC amateur medals and became a U.S. Olympic Trials contender alongside elite athletes such as Rolly Romero, Elijah Prince, Frank Martin, Shakur Stevenson, and more.
His injury also led him to pursue a career in healthcare, earning a Master of Nursing and serving as a Registered Nurse at St. Joseph Medical Center.
Martirosyan founded Thruline Fight Club to represent the through-line that connects every chapter of his life—discipline, resilience, and growth through combat sports. Since age fifteen, he has trained and mentored thousands of students, teaching that the true fight extends beyond the ring: it’s about building strength, confidence, and character in every aspect of life.
