Private Lessons

Reprogram your skills and correct your overall technique, whether its boxing, muay thai, or MMA with a private, one on one session.
We'll focus on building fundamental skills & footwork to help build proper timing & distancing with attacks & defense. We'll incorporate mittwork, bagwork, strength training/calisthenics, and also follow your goals.
